“Absolutely love this place and their deals and their amazing customer service skills and quality products. Google says they open at 6:30am, but they open at 7:00am. But, their kind employees opened up at 6:45am for me today when they saw I was there. Very knowledgeable and courteous people work here.”

“I stopped here 30 mins before they closed to grab one item. I expected everyone to be busy closing the store and thought I'd be rushing in and out. I asked where to locate what I needed and, instead of pointing me in the right direction or giving me an aisle number like most retail employees, the gentleman stopped what he was doing and walked me all the way to the other side of the store. He even took the time to go over what my options were and answer my questions.
In addition, the cashier was very upbeat and friendly, the supervisor who came to assist him with a missing barcode was prepared- she had the item number written down because it was apparently an item that she gets called about frequently. Even the gentleman outside on carts was pleasant and helpful. He approached me and offered to take care of my cart despite there being plenty of carts in the bay that I'm assuming he still had to get inside for the night.
I am not used to being impressed by this many retail employees in one shopping trip. I work in retail so it takes a lot to impress me.”

“Excellent store and wonderful staff. I ordered a smoker from Carlisle Hardware, it was cheaper than other stores. They assembled and delivered. Super easy to work with and great communication. They have a great selection of wood pellets and chips, saving me trips to the big city! Many thanks!”
