“This has become my new favorite Sherwin by far. The level of customer service iv had so far at this location has been unmatched. This one dude (i think Alonzo is his name) looks to always be giving an extra effort to make customers feel important and appreciated. Give that fella a bonus.”

“The store is well stocked and staffed by friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are helpful and very willing to answer questions, many times from their personal experiences with their own projects. I've purchased many tools, from small hand tools and accessories to professional woodworking tools - always a pleasant experience.”

“I have purchased paint many times at Sherwin Williams. The paint quality is great. My favorite store is WDM on Grand Ave. Alonso is especially friendly and willing to help in every way possible. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism!!”

“Always super friendly and helpful! Last night I had a plumbing issue. I called 5 minutes prior to closing and they confirmed they would stay open for me to get there. Just amazing service!! I think his name was Seth, who was actually outside waiting for me to pull up and walked me back to the plumbing section and another employee help us find exactly what I needed!”

“I love the friendly atmosphere, funny, jovial, and helpful crew on the floor! They know exactly what I’m looking for and even tell me when my ideas aren’t the best and show me something better (and usually less expensive!!!) I trust this awesome team and have truly enjoyed shopping in this store. I have learned to drive a bit farther for the customer service. I can be in and out in 5 minutes with exactly what I need. There is no replacement for quality service!”
