This is a nice hotel, great value for the money. The location is very close to a lot of the small restaurants and businesses in town. The staff is very helpful and friendly… Very professional! I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Cedar Falls with my husband. The room was clean, spacious and came with a good breakfast. The front desk staff, Kim, was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in wonderful Cedar Falls!
