“This smoke shop is among my all-time favorites, a regular destination since its grand opening. Exceptional customer service and extensive product knowledge consistently impress me. Their expertise is comprehensive, readily addressing any inquiries. While I've undoubtedly spent considerable time asking questions without purchasing, their generosity and helpfulness remain unwavering. The shop's interior and exterior are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Buzz offers an unparalleled selection locally, and its staff provides unmatched assistance, treating all customers with respect regardless of expertise. They actively strive to resolve any product-related concerns. Their professionalism surpasses any other smoke shop I've encountered; politeness is maintained even in the face of disrespectful behavior.”

“I have been shopping with them for around a decade and I very much recommend them. I have only had two issues with them, one was the wrong tobacco sent (one of my regular purchases though, just one I had bought the previous month) and once a defective powermatic. And with no trouble on my part they sent replacement and didn't even make me return the item. I buy the 5lb bags of tobacco, and they are very reasonably priced. It ships out very fast after ordering and arrives quickly too. I hoow to continue to shop with them for another decade or longer. Highly, highly recommend them.”

“Bought a vape. A few days later it stopped working. Brought it back and rep was able to swap it for a replacement. Excellent customer service. Even took down a list of juices i like to order. One of only few places in town who have it. Great selection!!”
