I have only had two issues with them, one was the wrong tobacco sent (one of my regular purchases though, just one I had bought the previous month) and once a defective powermatic. And with no trouble on my part they sent replacement and didn't even make me return the item. I buy the 5lb bags of tobacco, and they are very reasonably priced. It ships out very fast after ordering and arrives quickly too. I hoow to continue to shop with them for another decade or longer. Highly, highly recommend them.”
