Customers frequently appreciate the excellent customer service from the in-person team, including staff members who go above and beyond to answer questions and accommodate needs. The staff’s friendly attitude and willingness to assist make the rental process smooth and stress-free, with some noting that the personnel have personality and are very helpful, even in challenging situations. The rental process itself is straightforward, with options to choose from a variety of vehicles, including luxury cars, electric vehicles, vans, and SUVs.
