“I purchased a used car from Budget. The car had some cosmetic issues which needed to be addressed. Owner, Dan Callahan, and the Body Manager went above and beyond to make it right. Joann, administrative assistant, was pleasant and knowledgeable. We left happy and would return.”

“I cannot say enough good things about renting a vehicle from Auto Value Rentals. I needed a last minute rental, they hooked me up and Anna deserves a raise, showered with gifts and a free new car. She is just aaahhmazzing!!!”

“Lowell was a pleasure to work with. He set clear expectations the first time I went in just with questions. He set clear expectations on the job and had the work completed timely!”

“Friendly staff, and they helped us get a replacement vehicle without a fuss after we realized the faint cigarette smell in the first vehicle was too much for us to tolerate. They made it right and the whole rental vehicle process at Eastern Iowa Regional Airport is the smoothest around.”

“I bought a car here a few weeks ago and I am so happy they were recommended to me. Dan was so helpful and very honest. He very clear and honest on my options and their prices. I needed to go back the next day to drop the old car manual off and ask about something on the new car. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I went to and it did not feel right, but when I walked in the Budget rental shop it was so welcoming. I will definitely go bad here in the future.”

“I cannot express how satisfied I am with Enterprise at the CID location. They have been extremely accommodating with my rental and made the proper modifications due to weather. I would like to specifically mention Dillon who helped me resolve some issues I had with the modifications. And I’d also like to mention the girls at the counter, Hannah, Alyka, and one other girl I forgot the name of (sorry!) Everyone is always very nice and professional. Lacey at customer service also delivered great service. I have been using this enterprise location multiple times for the past 2 years, and I have never experienced anything negative. Thank you!!”

“Rent-A-Center Southwest Edgewood road. Is bar none the place to get your washers or dryers or appliances! When was the last time you had to find and purchasing an appliance? Sunshine and her crew are bar none! If you want a fun relaxing time picking out your appliances? You have to go to Rent-A-Center Southwest cedar Rapids and Edgewood road! These people break the mole when it comes to customer service relationships! I would even go on a limb to state that I guarantee 100% you'll be satisfied! I am also not getting paid for this review whatsoever! I also do not know one single soul at Rent-A-Center. I have called numerous appliance store rental places in cedar rapids. I just wish I would have started with Rent-A-Center on the southwest of Edgewood road first!”

“I used this company for transportation to my son's graduation ceremony. They were on time, the driver, Bill, was courteous, friendly, professional, and careful. I have utilized other transportation companies and Special K's is the only one that was capable, and willing to transport me, and my bariatric, wide, power wheelchair. The other companies did not have lifts, only ramps, or did not want to deal with a bariatric patient in a power wheelchair.I am thankful for Special K's.”

“We used Expedia and they provided Dollar as the best value for our 6 day rental. The Chevy Blazer was at least 3 sizes bigger than what we have rented in the past from other agencies but yet was the most affordable. The car had less than 9000 miles on it, was so clean, and drove like a dream. Checkout was quick and we just dropped the keys in the express box for check in. We did pay for the rental in advance but that gave us quite a lot of savings.”
