  I dont understand if we cant go inside,why do u close at 4:00 & just keep ur hours like it was.

  Walk in w Bank of the West cashiers check from their customer. Provide my id. They then tell me they can cash it because they don't carry cash on hand. Was pretty sure their name was BANK of the West. Evidently banks no longer carry cash. Verified with them that the check was legit, but they wouldn't cash their own check.
