Hasn't gotten back to us on estimates after indicating we would get estimates over a month ago. We tried contacting the individual that worked with us and she doesn't get back to us.

The staff will look you up and down to decide if you're even worth acknowledging. Iowa is supposed to be friendly and the staff here are not - especially to the elderly. Will not go back.
