“First of all, I rarely leave google reviews, but everyone needs to know about this place. We were in the market for a new dishwasher already, then our over the range microwave went out so we needed 2 new appliances. We started at a big box store and it was honestly just so overwhelming.. too many options, super big price tags, and the human brain makes you think the higher the pricetag, the better the item. Except that wasn't gonna work. I found Scratch & Dent by chance online.. stalked their inventory page for a few days, finally called the store and had a great conversation with a woman who I later learned was the owner. She was super informative and told me my options. I went in on a Wednesday, I wasn't 100% sure on measurements but she was 99% sure that measurements are pretty standard and told me if the over the range microwave didn't fit upon install they'd return it and refund it no problem. They were here for delivery the following Monday. The story gets even better.. 2 guys came to install, one gentlemen, Kent, was the other owner. While he was installing I mentioned that that we had a soft-water machine thing in our basement that was here when we bought the house but we never hooked it up because we didn't know anything about it.. he told us he was formerly a plumber and got pretty enthused and said show him - he came down, told us all about this thing, told us it's top of the line, told us the company to call that would come service it and connect it, etc., and just overall offered so much info/advice and was so kind and pleasant. The best part of all of this... we literally spent about HALF of what we would've spent at big-box stores on TWO brand new appliances. Oh and I forgot to mention.. when we were in store on Wednesday, the dishwasher we were looking at had a somewhat obvious dent on the front, so the woman told me she was getting a new shipment with the same model on Friday and if there was one on it that had a less-obvious dent she'd send me a picture and send that one. Friday came and sure enough, she sent a picture my way, and that was the machine that was delivered. These are GREAT people. Seriously. Support local. I've already told all my family and friends about this business today and will be telling everyone. If you need appliances go here IMMEDIATELY.”

She helped guide us through the process of picking out products and materials to remodel our Master Bath. The choices and selections are endless. Raven has a broad knowledge of the various products and she made our visits very comfortable throughout the product selection. I highly recommend her.”

“I have been here many times for different things and I have never been let down. The staff are great and helpful here! They are very patient when it comes to loading and checking out an item. Like when I got a very large tool box they helped take it apart for shipping and they helped put it into the trailer! And I went to return an atomic ratchet from dewalt and they took it and refunded me no questions asked. My only complaint is it is quite expensive here. The ratchet I was talking about was $200 without a battery and charger. With those it is over $300! I got one with a battery and charger for $190 at thience (I’ve never been able to spell it) which is an absolute steal!”

“This place is insane! I came in here to look around and get a few smaller things and it is so tempting to buy something expensive so you should come here if you are bad with money. I went around the sim racing area and they let you feel the things same as the pcs and the apple area. I was able to hold the phones that I have been wanting and it is nice. The air is really unexpected. The staff here are great, knowledgeable, and very helpful which is always nice. My one complaint is there was a super loud ring going on for like 3 minutes which was super annoying but manageable. Overall great store!”

“I went to Home Depot to buy a Milwaukee tool as a gift for my boyfriend, along with some plants. I have gone to this Home Depot many times and for the majority I usually have a pretty good time there and am able to find the things I need. There have been some occasions where I don't find what I'm looking for but then I usually talk to someone working there and figure out where I can get what I'm looking for. Staff at this store are usually extremely helpful. Also, the store is pretty well-organized and clean. And in addition, they have a great Garden Center. I know I will return at some point again to this store! Overall, great experiences at this Home Depot!!”

“We bought a new laptop and the geeksquad was to transfer data from the old to the new laptop. In picking up the laptop, staff geek initials A.M. , noticed a few issues with the data transfer and advised us of the concern and worked to correct the issues. He also completed several other actions, such as setting up other apps he observed we use that were not a part of the transfer process. He then sat with us to explain each action taken and how to use various processes in the new laptop. A wonderful, kind and supportive staff member! We brought the laptop home and have been working with it extremely easily!”
