“It's ok. Parking lot is small and can get a bit crazy. It can be difficult to find more than one cash register that a person is running. Generally, it's self check and they stare at you. Staff is friendly.”

“I went to Walgreens at about 5:00 p.m.. There were no customers in line when I went inside. I told an associate I was there to pick up something from FedEx. They directed me to the photo area and said that person could help me with it. At the photo desk, I told the person I was here to get something from FedEx. They gave me a deer-in- the-headlights look and stumbled around for a minute. Another person approached and walked them through the process. I had another item to purchase and took that to the cash register where the cashier talked to me and made the transaction but didn't look me in the eye once. I don't recommend that store if you're looking for a personable shopping experience. Aside from that, it seems like a well-lit, clean, well maintained Walgreens.”
“CR Care Pharmacy is absolutely amazing. I switched over to them about 6 years ago. The staff is friendly and absolutely fantastic! They are very efficient and make sure your medication needs are met. If you have questions, they will patiently listen and provide you with accurate information. I have had horrible experience with other pharmacies with then being irritated and actually angry for calling and asking questions you may have. This is not the case with CR Care Pharmacy. They go above and beyond, always. This is the absolute best Pharmacy experience I have had. They are 100 ? percent the best Pharmacy in this area.”

Is your gas pumps up n running? Thank you for having T-Mobile set up shop in your store. They have very good staff to get glitches out of this dog n pony show switching from US Cellular! But we are still thinking of switching carriers due to drop calls, can't access certain things, husband complains about the crap he has to deal with his tablet. Headache!!”

“In regards to the other review, the reason you must submit the claim yourself is because they are a specialty compounding service. For example, my son has a condition that caused terrible diaper rash and though we tried everything, nothing worked. The Target Pharmacy (also awesome, on the SW side anyway) referred me to Care Pro as they are limited to mixing 2 ingredients and Care Pro could customize something for my son. They looked into and came up with a solution that actually worked! Did I have to pay out of pocket initially and submit it myself? Yes, but printing out a little form and mailing it is hardly the trouble that diaper rash was, and their knowledgeable and very friendly staff was awesome with following up and getting the cream made immediately for us. Highly recommend them!”

“Bentley at the 16th Ave Sw location in Cedar Rapid, IA is an amazing employee, and I appreciate him and his service so much! A week ago my son was diagnosed with a double ear infection, and since he’s not quite six months old, he’s never had a prescription. Bentley was so kind explaining and helping me get setup so I could get notifications about his Rx status, easy pay, etc! Since it’s been years since I’ve had to do that, he was so kind and helpful. Great employee representing Walgreens!”
“It's really frustrating every time you have really good coupons for a certain item that item is on sale and you can't use the coupons the store should really try to make the coupons available when the item is not on sale so you can utilize those coupons at the time”
“We ordered new tires on the Sam's Club app this afternoon, and they had a 5pm appt available. We showed up a little after 4 and planned to drop it off and kill some time at dinner and shopping. They had our tires all ready to go and had it done at 4:45! Our last two sets came from Costco and discount tire, and both places didn't even start on our car until two hours AFTER our appointment time. We'll be back for sure!”

“Great team who used their training to save my nephew’s life, he had an aneurysm at work and they knew what to do and acted fast. My nephew was life flighted to Iowa City and in surgery to correct the issue in under an hour. He is making great progress and expected to have no long term health issues. I would put names but not sure that’s what the team would want but you know who you are.

“This pharmacy has truly always gone above and beyond in every way imaginable. The customer service provided by the employees here is the best I’ve ever received. I can honestly say I’m shocked when I come in here, and the pharmacist Lori, remembers my name, and the other employees in the pharmacy greet me with a smile, ask how I’ve been, and treat me like family.
I would gladly drive out of my way to come here, simply because of the employees and the friendly/professional/quick service they always provide. I’ve read some of the other reviews on here, and I have to say, if you’ve had a bad experience here, it genuinely has to be due to an issue from the provider’s office or something with insurance - because this place is truly top notch.”
