“I went to Walgreens at about 5:00 p.m.. There were no customers in line when I went inside. I told an associate I was there to pick up something from FedEx. They directed me to the photo area and said that person could help me with it. At the photo desk, I told the person I was here to get something from FedEx. They gave me a deer-in- the-headlights look and stumbled around for a minute. Another person approached and walked them through the process. I had another item to purchase and took that to the cash register where the cashier talked to me and made the transaction but didn't look me in the eye once. I don't recommend that store if you're looking for a personable shopping experience. Aside from that, it seems like a well-lit, clean, well maintained Walgreens.”

“CR Care Pharmacy is absolutely amazing. I switched over to them about 6 years ago. The staff is friendly and absolutely fantastic! They are very efficient and make sure your medication needs are met. If you have questions, they will patiently listen and provide you with accurate information. I have had horrible experience with other pharmacies with then being irritated and actually angry for calling and asking questions you may have. This is not the case with CR Care Pharmacy. They go above and beyond, always. This is the absolute best Pharmacy experience I have had. They are 100 ? percent the best Pharmacy in this area.”

“This pharmacy is always very busy, and the lines inside and at the drive-thru can get long at times. Even when its busy, the pharmacist never makes me feel rushed, they take the time to really go over my medications and explain things clearly. What stood out most to me was how much they cared. One pharmacist in particular made me feel like what I was going through truly mattered to them, and that kind of care is hard to find anymore. The technicians there are always working non-stop and running around, but I've had a few of them still go out of their way to help me look for discounts and save money on my prescription. Even on some of the busiest days that I come in to get my prescriptions, I can tell that that everyone in this pharmacy genuinely cares about the people they are helping. This is why I'll keep coming back to this pharmacy.”

“In regards to the other review, the reason you must submit the claim yourself is because they are a specialty compounding service. For example, my son has a condition that caused terrible diaper rash and though we tried everything, nothing worked. The Target Pharmacy (also awesome, on the SW side anyway) referred me to Care Pro as they are limited to mixing 2 ingredients and Care Pro could customize something for my son. They looked into and came up with a solution that actually worked! Did I have to pay out of pocket initially and submit it myself? Yes, but printing out a little form and mailing it is hardly the trouble that diaper rash was, and their knowledgeable and very friendly staff was awesome with following up and getting the cream made immediately for us. Highly recommend them!”

“Great team who used their training to save my nephew’s life, he had an aneurysm at work and they knew what to do and acted fast. My nephew was life flighted to Iowa City and in surgery to correct the issue in under an hour. He is making great progress and expected to have no long term health issues.
