Planet Fitness offers a welcoming and convenient fitness experience. The staff, including personal trainers, provide excellent customer service with enthusiasm and a smile. The gym features a clean and open space with top-of-the-line equipment and amenities like hydrotherapy beds. While some equipment may be out of order at times, the overall experience is positive, making it a great place to work out. The Lindale Mall location is clean, with a friendly environment and well-maintained machines and cardio equipment. The bathroom is always clean and tidy, and the privacy of the hydro massage beds is a nice finishing touch to a workout. The gym's layout is very good, and it offers great value for the monthly fee, with no contract or cancellation fees. The customer service is excellent, with the staff, particularly Ms. Sharon, providing enthusiastic and helpful assistance to members.
A place to get in a good workout while out of town from my usual PF location. Had no where to do my stretching because there was do much equipment in the facility. Got done what I needed to.

I was in a slump. I joined PF which jump started my routine of working out and actually started enjoying it again. The hydro massage at the end is my reward. The staff is also very nice.

It's been great there, the staff is friendly (Gracie is awesome) and it's clean. I only wish all the machine timers and counters worked.
