I was yesterday at the Edgewood branch to talk to one of the loan officers regarding my car and the officer who received me his name was (Denis) if I’m not mistaken when I was telling him why I came in he was manipulating his phone which I found it unprofessional and disrespectful for the member. The teller in drive through does not have common sense there is two lanes open when it’s the second lanes turn she helps the first lane again saying she has to help people in first lane before helping second lane does not make any sense have no care for peoples time and poor customer service

Had fraud on my card that made my account go negative. Had to go in to get a new card and the tell thay helped me was rude when he found out my account was negative even tho it wasn't my fault.
