“Update 12/23/25: They called me to apologize and then redeemed themselves when my wife's tire rotation only took 30 min.
Original 12/19/25: I like being able to buy tires and book appointments online, but the appointment wait time are pretty poor. Even if you book an appointment expect to spend an hour and half waiting. My last appointment for a tire rotation took an hour and 10 minutes.”

“As I was driving down 6th St, my car told me I was losing air fast in one of my tires. I pulled into Pomps 15 mins before they closed. Hunter came and looked at my tire and put my spare on. They don't even do regular car tires there, they do semi tires. I appreciated him helping me out. I was able to drive to the other Pomps tire and get a replacement tire. Everything was like new the next day. They were so great!”
