“Had a window in my daughter’s car fall out of the track. Dealership wanted to schedule an appointment to just look at it and then another to actually fix it.
Daniel’s got it in and had it fixed within 3-4 hours of dropping it off.”

“The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Josh was an absolute gem and get me back on the road. We were from out of town and he got us back in the road fast!”
“I had wipers that were shredding. I stopped at AutoZone in Charles City Iowa. I told them I needed to replace, wanted something in middle price range. It took longer to ring the purchase up then to install the wipers. Thanks for making what I deemed an awful task, a task quickly repaired. I will not hesitate to stop again when I need wipers (for the truck or the car).”
“FYI. Carquest In charles city closes at 5. And open till noon on sat. Advance auto parts keeps changing it on Google saying they close at 7. Advance themselves close at 7 but carquest does not.”
