Have had my vehicle for 5 years which I bought used. Took it in for some issues I had noticed, found out it needed a new transmission. Their lifetime power train warranty covered it!! They go above and beyond! Any services that need to be done are explained very well, and if something does NOT need to be done they don't hesitate to tell you. I don't feel like I've been ripped off.
