“Went into T-Mobile after I stupidly downloaded an app to take away malware and virus's. All of a sudden I was getting messages and things to purchase and soon my phone was locked saying I had too many virus's. Rick was so wonderful and put my phone back in order very quickly. So courteous and helpful.”
