I won’t rent here again & likely never from Hertz again. Twice in 12 months I did not receive the vehicle that was reserved and it seems clear Hertz doesn’t care about it. Definitely not a luxury vehicle

I can't understand how they're still in business. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Very rude customer service.
I'm never renting from Hertz again.
