About Horizon Events Center
Located just 10 miles from downtown Des Moines, Horizon Events Center is a premier year‑round event space. It provide a comprehensive location for a variety of event arrangements, including concerts, comedy shows, sporting events, weddings, trade shows, corporate events, etc. The venue is outstanding and the management and team are incredible. Every member was in a great mood and ready to help, a rare find for such service. Sound was excellent, temperature perfect despite a 100 degree day, and beverage and restroom access moved as expected for a large crowd. The indoor facility specializing in basketball, gymnastics etc. Concessions are a bit expensive but reasonable for the environment. The venue is clean, well maintained and offers a variety of spaces for small events, very clean and located in an area with many amenities around. Highly recommend Horizon for any concert or festival.

A good venue, has plenty of space. Was able to have a good event. Will happily do the same show again next year.

Its a bit outdated , but honestly, was a great venue for a show I went to!
