Love the solar panels that went up. Clean and there are a good variety of shops to visit.

This area of town is still a great place for small business despite the mall slowly losing traffic. Most places along the strip are owned by mom and pop shops with the occasional franchise or chain business. You'll find yourself on this side of 100th if you look around deep enough.
