“My husband and I visited this location for the second time due to the superior service we received from Jim the first time, and to take advantage of the 20% off Fit Exchange Program. We were sad to see Jim wasn't working but were quickly greeted by Sophie. She provided the same type of exemplary service that we experienced before with Jim. She was happy to help by looking up my husbands pants size on the computer, and showing us where the items were located. At checkout Sophie pointed out the dxl cologne next to the register and mentioned it was also eligible for the 20% off. My husband initially declined and we finished the checkout process with no issues. By the time he made it out to the car he changed his mind about wanting the collage(which smells amazing by the way) and asked me to go back inside and get it. I expected to pay full price since we had already completed the first transaction, but Sophie took the 20% off again without me even asking. I'm not sure what they are putting in the water at this location, but Jim and Sophie are obviously a different breed of salespeople. Customer service like this is will keep myself and I'm sure many others picking this store and location over others. A+++”

“I went to Halberstadt’s for my first suit years ago and i’ve had a great experience every time I walk into this store. From business casual to full on suits, Clayton and his crew always get me taken care of. There’s been times where I needed a quick turn around on tailoring and they always make it happen. Not to mention their prices are competitive with places in the area. Whether it’s your first time buying a suit or you wear a suit everyday of the week, this is the place to go. The customer service here is outstanding and that’s hard to find nowadays.”
“It took a long time in line, but was worth it. If your looking for stuff in a lower price range it's not a great pick, because the stuff is almost all over 20 dollars even for small stuff but will last long and good condition.”

“This is a good store for being smaller than other Old Navy locations nearby and the staff here are always friendly and helpful. However, they had the gates closed at 7:30 p.m. on 8/3/24 and the store hours are until 8 p.m. I wasn’t even going to shop, I just had to do a return so it was disappointing that they had closed early.”

Jackie didn’t just help me — she went above and BEYOND in every possible way! I swear, this woman has customer service running through her veins. She was friendly, energetic, and seemed to have this sixth sense for knowing exactly what I needed before I even asked! ?
I was looking for a gift, completely overwhelmed (because, let’s face it, Spencer’s has everything from hilarious novelty items to the coolest merch ever), and Jackie swooped in like a retail superhero. ?♀️ Not only did she help me find the perfect item, but she also took the time to explain product details, share a few laughs, and make sure I left with a huge smile on my face. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her store — her enthusiasm is downright contagious!
Honestly, Jackie turned what could’ve been a quick shopping trip into a highlight of my week. If every store had a manager like her, shopping would be a joy every single time. Spencer’s, give this woman a raise, a trophy, and maybe even her own theme song — she deserves it! ??

“J Crew recently rolled out a new credit card which I applied for the first day it was available at a store in Kansa City. There were all sorts of issues and the card was not able to be used that day. I was able to go to our local store in West Des Moines and get everything transferred from another card to the new J Crew card thanks to the help of Karlie.
