“Edit: Manager did follow up with me immediately to apologize and see how he could make it better. He took it seriously and investigated and came back with specific details on the disconnect on time promised vs time delivered. It turns out they missed adding time for alignment and missed communicating promised turnaround time, but he discussed the changes they made to prevent this from happening. Appreciate the timeliness and attention received, changing from 3 stars back to 5 stars.
