“Fast, friendly, helpful, & professional staff at this Firestone location, unlike the 22nd Street WDM location. My last visit for four new tires at the 22nd St location was crazy! While I waited for my tires to be put on, the employee behind the counter, seemed & sounded to me, to be having a marriage counseling session, on Firestones dollars, with two females that came in obviously to speak with him, & not for any business related reasons. Needless to say, I will only go where the Firestone employees are there to do "their job", & not to get paid to utilize their employers business for their personal counseling sessions.”

“Busy but I was able to get an oil change done. It was a wait but we got it done. Word to the wise to the lady on her cellphone with a person yelling as we all could hear him. Her child got in trouble but I only know because she was on the phone with him as he yelled at her son. She's a shop manager I only know that because the discussion between her and the guy who took care of me were talking loud enough for me to hear. You guys do you not have an office so you can take personal calls and discuss things we don't need to hear? I suggest use it if you do. Very Friendly and helpful staff. I went to two other shops prior, one gave me a $2300 estimate for a problem I very obviously didn't have, and the other didn't do the kind of repair I needed and recommended Absolute.I was extremely lucky to have ended up at this shop as they have been extremely helpful, hardworking, and caring.
