I’ve used this store multiple times by emailing over documents, requesting a certain number of copies, and receiving a confirmation email when they were ready for pickup.
Today, I emailed everything over as usual but never received a response. When I called, I was told that on Saturdays there are only two people working and that they need to focus on customers physically in the store. I was also told that if I had brought my documents in person, they could have helped me, but since I emailed them, I would need to wait until Patrick returned and they could possibly be done Monday or Wednesday.
When I explained that making the copies takes the same amount of time whether I email or bring them in, I was told it’s different because they “have to go back, retrieve the email, download and print the original, and then make the copies.” I also pointed out there is no indication to customers that emailed copy requests cannot be processed on Saturdays, which was met with silence.
This was a disappointing experience and a clear example of poor customer service and it explains why the store has only a 3.5-star rating.

This UPS every time I walk in the employees are very nice and helpful and make the return process simple and easy.

I’m Daniel Mobutu Bleedy, I live in the Waukee area and almost a regular customer at this UPS Clive location due to the proximity to my home. On today’s date 06/18/2025, I went into this UPS Clive location to return a scrub uniform that I’ve purchased from Fabletics for my clinical, returning it due to wrong color, as my clinical uniform code requires absolute black color top and bottom. I thought I did the necessary return process on my phone, only to find out that I did it and accidentally deleted it. I presented my return item to the girl who became available to service me and she requested for a code or something for my return, I brought out my phone to search for the code she girl requested. While looking into my phone for the code, the girl kindly tried to show me on my phone how and where to get the code, of a sudden, another employee came up to the girl and I, and started talking to the girl who was helping me, that the girl has no right to show me how to figure out this code to me and get to the next person. With a nasty frown on her face, she came over and said to the girl, GET OUT OF THE WAY I NEED THIS COMPUTER, SHE WAS NOT POLITE TO HER COWORKER OR EVEN ME THE CUSTOMER. HER RUDE BEHAVIOR I TRIED NOT TO NOTICE WAS UNBEARABLE AND NOTICEABLY DISCOURTEOUS. She is the supervisor or something, but she failed at it, and she failed at governing as well. No smile or whatsoever, her demeanor was shitty, excuse my French. This is my first time doing this, I took time out of my busy schedule just to do this, so that means I was hurt, and I believe so was the service girl.

Phoned ahead to ask if they could print my daughter’s resume on some card stock paper and they said that they could. Seemed simple enough right!?
Got there and it was a little busy but the nice young lady who was attempting to help me was constantly being interrupted and micromanaged by another male employee.
So this jerk of an employee was rudely trying to tell me and the young lady who was trying to help me that they cannot have it printed up for me since there wasn’t a graphic designer on site to do it!?
So what exactly does a graphic designer have to do with doing a simple print job? All I wanted was something printed on card stock paper..
Went to another establishment and had no problems with getting it printed up on the card stock paper.
I won’t be back!!

From top to bottom, the owners (Erica and Travis) and team are the best! We frequent this store location almost daily for our shipping needs. The staff is always friendly and efficient. We have utilized their printing, and have been extremely satisfied as well.

Go to FedEx print and ship center in Clive, IA

I go to UPS often and always have a good experience. I especially like the new kiosk where you can print and label your packages. UPS is a convenient location and my primary shipping company.
