I would give a negative Five if possible. Most unfriendly UPS location. UPS should cancel their franchise and give it to someone more customer friendly.

I would give the girls Brenda and Erica at the clive, Iowa store a 10. They are always kind, fast, and efficient and go above and beyond the call of duty but, however the manager that works there is not. She is rude, not friendly at all, and I have been going there for 2 years to ship off my goods for my customers. Every time I encounter the manager, it's the same thing EVERY TIME. I can't believe that I would be the only one that notices her unfriendliness and lack of friendly customer service and it makes my experience one of where I would rather travel 10 more miles to another ups store than to deal with this manager's attitude. I'm a Christian women and I try to show love, patience, kindness and grace all of the time, but I can only show so much when I encounter the same behavior everytime from the manager, especially when I am in the store everyday, and her attitude never changes. You, UPS, as a company should reevaluate who you have leading the team. I LEAD a team and I would never model this behavior. If it doesn't change then I'm moving on. I don't need my day ruined by an unhappy person that clearly doesn't enjoy her job, and I feel sorry for the clerks that have to deal with that on a daily basis especially when they do their job so well. How sad for the one that's suppose to lead

I expected a crazy line trying to ship something on December 21st. I was pleasantly surprised to find no line and a very kind staff. I am recovering from pneumonia and so have a residual cough. The amazing cashier who helped me asked a colleague to bring up some water and then handed a water bottle to me. It was the most kind and unexpected thing ever. Amazing service.

Honestly don’t know what I would do without this UPS store. Use it all the time and if I move from area would drive back to this store. Everyone is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I recently read that Amazon is going to start charging $1 to return items via UPS. Free if you use Whole Foods. I will GLADLY pay the $1.

I brought in a large painting to ship and was told that UPS could not ship this package and I would have to ship it via freight. When I tried talking to him about it (how did I get it in the first place? And why does the ups site say it would ship?), he told me I was wrong and he knew better because he was a UPS manager. There was no customer service and he acted annoyed I even brought this item to his store.Thanks to the people at the UPS store on Westown who shipped this package willingly.

I’ve been here a couple dozen times dropping off Amazon returns, and occasionally sending a package overseas. Every time I visit, there is little to no wait. Despite the busyness of the location, the staff seem to be well on top of everything. I trust them to get my packages where they’re going.

I needed to drop off a few packages and grab my order, and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes—super quick! The only thing that bugged me was the door situation. Seriously, with all the folks carrying packages, they should have an automated door. I had to put down my big boxes on the ground just to open the door, and then I had to prop it open with my foot while awkwardly bending down to pick up my stuff. It was a bit of a hassle, but overall, I'd still give them a solid 4 stars!

Terrible. Sent a package back in July for a warranty claim. Put insurance on the package just in case. Checked in with the company that was supposed to receive it as it had been a while and wanted to follow up on the warranty claim. This was September. They said they didn't get it. Tracking said it was lost. Went back through UPS to put in a claim. They wouldn't give me any information because I wasn't the sender, the UPS Store was. Reached out to them to see what I needed to do and they said the claim was sent in and we just have to wait. They asked for a receipt for when I purchased the item that was being sent in for warranty, thankfully I had it because my declared value wasn't going to be good enough for them (foreshadowing issues here). So now I am checking in with them every two weeks to see how this is going. I keep hearing no updates. Middle of November I reach out to UPS because it has been a month and a half, they said they closed the claim on 9/27. What?! That was almost five weeks ago. I continue reaching out to the UPS Store and they keep saying they don't have the money. I reach out again on 11/28, two months since UPS says it has been closed and they say they have finally received the money and that they will mail it out. Turns out my check was not for the declared value and not for the value that was on the receipt (I got a discount at time of purchase). It was lower than that. Not sure how they figure the insurance and if they received $400 from UPS and decided to keep a percentage or what, but I will NEVER use this UPS Store or anything related to JAZ Ventures Inc. in the future.
