“Light years ahead of any other financial institution in town, and I have tried all the other local financial intuitions. I have been with them for about 35 years and they just keep getting better as they get bigger, which is very unusual. I have a personal banker I can call or email. Most other banks don't offer this. The most amazing part is when I call their main number the phone is answered by someone that is knowledgeable and helpful. If they are not the correct person for my needs, they find the correct person that can help me. The people must go through a detailed training program because they really know what they are doing, unlike the other places in town. It is very difficult to find this level of service anyplace these days.”
