“The store was near immaculately clean. Not even lying. Sure there were some boxes out with stock to be put away but they were minimal and I also counted 3 employees actively putting product out during my short snack visit. The aisles and products were clean, organized, and displayed appropriately. Most importantly though, the staff there has always been friendly, and not just with me. I see their kindness and good customer service across the board, with all types of people, ages, and walks of life. Even showing kindness to those that treat the staff sub-par. I really gotta applaud the staff and especially the management here; I've already verbally expressed to staff, "I'm never going back to the IC location."”

“Hands down the best Dollar Tree in Iowa City. It's been open for less than a year, and I was finally in the area long enough to stop by. Super clean store, featuring a wide selection of merchandise across all price points (remember, Dollar Tree isn't just $1.25 anymore), a large refrigerator/freezer section, and several aisles of groceries, including brands you might find at Hy-Vee, Walmart, and more. They've expanded their special foods, and I came across several healthier options. A nice place for cards, party supplies, helium balloons, seasonal items, snacks, cleaning products, office supplies, and much more. Friendly staff each time I've visited--large parking lot. Recommend!”

“If you do anything, DIY, this is the place to be. Tools, light fixtures, lumber, construction, materials, windows, etc. don’t go to the big box store before seeing if they have it here.”

The store is great and has so many items it's kind of mind-boggling how many products they actually have I'll have to Ill after aisle and the prices are not bad and the help of employees are very friendly. I'm not sure what the hell you people expect from a dollar store but I suggest you reevaluate your reviews people don't understand how hurtful it can be to a business...”

“Place was clean, shelves were straightened up.
If you've never been inside a 5 Below, it's a strange little store where you find things you didn't know you wanted or needed.
Found a few items we wanted, cashier was nice.”
