“I stepped into Lowe's after getting paint on my denim jacket. I figured I would go up to the paint department and ask an employee's recommendation on a product I could purchase there to remove the paint. I may be misspelling the name, but an employee by the name of Sydnee was so kind to help and immediately handed over a product employees in the department use, free of charge, to see if it would work! The wipe took the paint right off, but I was just more impressed by how thoughtful and helpful Sydnee was to just hand over the product. While it was such a simple act, it really stood out to me and I just wanted to take a moment and share that Sydnee was great.”
“I stopped by today on the search for a nut/washer and bolt to assemble my nightstand. I was greeted at the paint aisle by an employee (I believe her name was Julie or Julia). She not only helped me figure out exactly what hardware I needed, but was able to point it out immediately in the aisle, and even wrote a ticket to me to take to the cashier. I loved her positivity and helpfulness. I usually go to the Mall Drive location, as it is closer to me, but I will definitely be returning to this location!”

“This is a great little store. I don't know how they fit their extensive inventory in there, but they did. They're always my first stop, and I rarely have to go somewhere else. I do wish they always had someone there who could fill propane tanks, at least during regular business hours. I was in at 2:00 PM mid-week and nobody there knew how to fill a tank.”
