“5/5 for the customer service we received from Will (I think it was) back in December. My husband and I stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon to look for something we might use as an entertainment stand under our living room television. We walked the whole store and ended up back in the clearance area where Will asked us if anyone else had been assisting us and what it was we were looking for. He spent a decent amount of time listening to us, guiding us around the sales salesfloor, though we didn't end up buying anything. Because what we were looking for was a want and not a need, it made it much easier to walk away from the $700-$1200 prices. They have a massive selection of furniture. I can't speak to the quality because we don't own anything from Ashley. Given the lack of furniture stores in the area, you kind of have no choice but to go here. Especially if you want something new. Recommend for the no-pressure to buy atmosphere, friendliness, and overall variety.”
