“Wow the help we got was amazing.. I’m a health care worker and I was running a bit late due to my job.. the young lady that help me n my two children with our passports was amazingly wonderful n giving us so much guidance and at the same time she was helping out the other people that where coming in delivery mail she needs a good raise n they need to knowledge her hard work.. I never review or rate things but in this occasion I was so impressed with her hard work.. thank you best place to go for a passport!!! ?”

“Postmaster went above and beyond to help me locate a package containing my daughter's Halloween costume. Our mail is handled through the Coralville office who routinely makes errors and will not answer their phones. He physically went out and figured out where it ended up and placed at my door. I am so appreciative!”

“Giving it four stars because while understaffed the postal workers at this location have always been friendly and professional, including for passport renewal. But wait times can get long. In the last several years it's typically only two people at the front helping customers and lines that can stretch 10+ people, some of whom of course require some time to assist. The last time I was there both workers were having to manage customers who took about 15 minutes each. For what it's worth we love our regular IC postman.”
“About 2 weeks ago, we went to pick up our mail and was told it was out for delivery. It wasn't..... The next day we went to the PO, and Yasir was there to assist us. He was very concerned and helpful, he went in the back and searched for awhile, and found our mail explaining that the mail was put in the incorrect place.He made our day!!! Thank You !”
