I’m a health care worker and I was running a bit late due to my job.. the young lady that help me n my two children with our passports was amazingly wonderful n giving us so much guidance and at the same time she was helping out the other people that where coming in delivery mail she needs a good raise n they need to knowledge her hard work.. I never review or rate things but in this occasion I was so impressed with her hard work.. thank you best place to go for a passport!!! ?”

“The store is orderly. There is limited help on the “floor”… they were focused on accepting returns for UPS and I had to wait to actually make a purchase in between the returns they accepted. It was interesting - I did not see anyone making a return actually shop for anything in the store.”

“They do a great job at this location. Staff is friendly. At times lines get long but that is not caused by employees it is from the ridiculous amount of Amazon returns, especially the ones who just walk in with everything and expect staff to sort it out”
