“This JJill staff (ICity) is Awesome!!! Both times I called with questions recently they were more than willing to assist me and actually called me back the one time so that she could assist me to reorder an item in different size at same price with No shipping charges. When we had a JJill in Davenport the staff was the same way. The company knows how to hire the right people!! Yes they are a little more expensive but always having sales and special deals so I've Rarely EVER bought anything at Reg price. I love the quality and fit. Thankyou!!!”
“My husband and I visited the store today. Tabitha assisted us. She was fantastic! Extremely helpful. She found us exactly what we were looking for. Overall, I gave five stars because of Tabitha. There was another employee that was working near the American Fighter wall. Tabitha kindly pointed out to her we were trying to look there and she rudely pushed the cart thing she was working at a few inches and stomped off. She was horribly rude and honestly shouldn’t be working around people. Thank you Tabitha!!”

“This is the only place to buy work boots. I bought some boots that ended up rubbing blisters on my feet in a weird spot, took them back and they took the time to figure out why and swap me out with perfect ones! Five star, top tier customer service!”
“Unbelievably not busy at all for around 11:30 in the afternoon. There where two staff members on the floor, both with customers when I came in but still was greeted and as soon as a staff member was free assisted me right away. She found exactly what I came in for without having to wait very long at all and I made my purchase.??”
“Customer service was good. Good selection. Shoe we were looking at did not have in the size needed. Then found out is was last of it's kind. Would have been better to separate then to keep with inline product. Was guessing it was like a clearance product. Could have been better advertised”
“Very happy with my experience. Being someone with large feet (size 15) it can be difficult to find shoes that actually fit. The larger sizes were clearly marked with white tags making it so much easier to find what I was looking for. The manager was very helpful, she helped me find some in clearance so I will definitely be back!”

“Just enjoyed my first experience at Fitness Sports!! Brandon was SUPER helpful despite being inundated with customers on an (apparently) EXTRA-Busy day.To be clear, Brandon didn’t say it was ‘extra busy’ but from a customer standpoint point I would assume if on average it was THAT busy on most Sunday afternoons the organization would have more team members scheduled to work.Brandon handled EVERYTHING with ease despite a store full of customers — super polite and helpful the ENTIRE time!!”
