“Took my vehicle in for a complimentary tire install after spending over a grand on a new set. No complaints about the customer service rep who sold me the tires, but the “technicians” (if you could even call them that) are an absolute joke. I noticed that two of my OEM hubcaps were broken upon pickup. Nobody mentioned anything until I pointed out the problem. I would be more understanding if they were transparent, took ownership of their mistake, and given me a solution; though this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Not to mention all the grease smeared on my wheel and wheel wells. Overall, unacceptable service and dishonest behavior. Avoid this place if you care about your car and expect to receive it back in the condition it was in.

“I've only been in IC/Coralville for a few years and have already had a couple of bad (or good but overpriced) experiences at shops. These guys are great. Very fair pricing, got me in right away, and did a thorough inspection of the entire car, noting on the invoice what could be fixed and what the price would be. No pressure. I'll go back for all of my repairs and maintenance.”
