“My daughter and I are moving across the country. We got caught in a snowstorm. I pulled over to a gas station after swerving all over the road while pulling a U-Haul Trailer to see that my tires were bald. I went to a few other tire shops that showed no interest in trying to help us.. Then I got to his tire shop where he went above and beyond to help us. He had a few options for me, but his best option was at another store of his. He gave me the choices and I asked him. What would you tell your child in a situation like this?He had the tires over and put on my truck in less than an hour with a safe recommendation for a hotel.Forever grateful for his help on that terrifying day.”

“I've had my Honda Odyssey in here twice. They weren't my "usual" shop, but when my regular mechanic was off work for and extended period of time due to medical issues, my alternator went out. After calling around to a few different shops in the area, these folks were one of the only ones in town who could take a look at it within a week. Everyone I encountered there was courteous and professional even in the midst of very a very busy time (phone must've rung 5 times while I was there). The work they did was good and when I encountered issues with the alternator again within the allotted warranty, they got my vehicle in right away and remedied the issue. Will definitely be back for more work in the future. Good work done at a fair price with great customers service (which seems to be a rarity these days).”

“The folks at Triple L Transmission are very friendly and great to work with. They were fast, and communication was good and the repair seems to be of good quality. I was really taken back by their hourly labor rate, though. Be aware that you will be paying $115 per hour for labor alone. The national average is between $80-$100, and in the Midwest we wouldn't normally be on the high end for such things. Just information to use as you will.”
“My experience with Edwards in general has been great.
I went into edwards body shop with a bad bumper after being hit by another person. We have a food trailer that needs to be pulled with the car we had to get fixed. So it was tricky figuring out how we were going to operate during all of this.
Steve was THE MAN. He knew I was struggling figuring out how I was going to continue working without my car and called around and found me a rental service for commercial trucks. We ended up going there and the truck was way too high for our trailer rig and had to pass until we found another vehicle. Steve came through AGAIN shooting me a text with a picture of a hitch mount that would be compatible for us to borrow. We finally got our vehicle fixed, while being able to sell food and it was perfect.
Steve went above and beyond. This is the kind of service that is hard to find these days. We will be back! (Hopefully not too soon)
