She was so helpful after numerous phone calls to cricket she explained everything & assured me to come back the next day if it wasn't fixed

I needed to pick up a new remote for my TV. The representative quickly helped me. He offered to give me a better package & save me money, but I said I wasn't interested because every time someone at Cox tells me that, I end up paying more.
