“This is my second trip to this location. Both times John and his manager were very helpful and kind. They answered all my questions and helped me locate a new phone with better plan options. They have spent a great amount of time trying to clean up the mess created from the store located at Metro Crossing in Council Bluffs . Due to John and his manager’s helpfulness, I will continue to come to this store for assistance . ( The store at Metro Crossing is a disgrace and should be shut down. )”

“Last night my husband and I went into the store to upgrade both our phones. We went from Samsung to iPhone so you can image the headache it was as it’s not a very easy transfer to different systems. Last night we had Suzie helping us. I’m sorry if I miss spelled the name. She went above and beyond to help us. My phone unfortunately had to many photos and videos so it was taking forever to back up to google photos. Whom ever the manager is please please give her praise. Instead of saying this will take to long let’s do it tomorrow she ended up staying still about 930pm last night with me. Ended up getting approval to leave the phone their overnight to back up since it was gunna be a while yet. She then came in this morning to check and make sure everything backed up and it did when I spoke to her. That reassurance it great when you have almost 7 years worth of photos and videos on their. While we were waiting she took her time to help me figure out my iPhone and how it works. Unfortunately I did forget about Samsung notes and all the import things on their I will loose. She walked me through over the phone this morning on how to retrieve them online but said if that doesn’t work that I was more than welcome to come and take a picture of them before she has rest the phone She is an amazing employee and she is the reason I give this place a 5 star. Not to mention I missed his name last night but a male co-worker stayed with her till we were done which I am sure is a buddy system thing you guys have set up which is great but still the fact that he actually stayed is great. Again please please give her praise she is amazing. I will make sure to recommend your store to everyone I know and to make sure they ask for her. She really is great.”

In most food product categories, SAM's carries major brands of recognized quality.2. Prices are consistently competitive.3. Name Brand Items such as clothing often sell for significantly less than retail.4. Discounted gas with cash back credit.NEGATIVES:1. Most dry food items are sold in double/triple quantity.2. Many dry food products are available only in one brand and/or in the primary product type. I.e. one type of Prego Spaghetti sauce or JIF Peanut Butter in smooth only, 3. Products suddenly disappear. As you shop you may notice the supply of a product is diminishing. The next time in the store the product is completely gone and will never come back! Or maybe it will (maybe 10% of the time)? Some things just suddenly reappear without explanation?If you find a preponderance of items that you regularly use then, Sam's is a great superstore.”
“Pricey but helpful staff and clean building. They have more than you ever knew you needed and I am a fan of their card selection. Yes - cards! They have the perfect pajamas for post-surgery and it's nice to sneak in a fancy coffee from Starbucks inside! It's fun to walk around the store and check things out if you're not a big shopper. I visit about 3-4 times a year.”
