Very great and amazing staff and management at this bank location who go out their way to make sure that the customers are getting help and assistance. I definitely recommend banking with them if you live in the Omaha area. The waits in line don’t be long from the drive through or walk in lobby.

I went in to cash a personal check today at First National Bank Omaha at Metro Crossing and Council Bluffs. My teller was Britney and she was very friendly.
