“Wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. These guys have a pretty wide selection of shirts, boots, and pants. Prices are kinda expensive, shirts are in the $40 range. You do get what you pay for though!”
“I had difficulty with a return of an online item. After reaching out to customer support, the problem was resolved quickly without having to "jump through hoops".”
“I have been in this store once and used curbside pickup as well. Both experiences were great. The staff is helpful and the store is clean. My curbside order was accurate and ready for pick up when I arrived. I’d definitely use the service again.”
“Kohl's is my "go to" shopping spot for my entire family. There is always something there for everyone and I love the 30% discount when offered. The employees at the Council Bluffs Metro Crossing location are always friendly and helpful and I will continue to shop here for every occasion.”
