Terry came over and saw a screw and said I probably wouldn’t make it home as I had about a 30 minute drive . I was the last car in the shop and so thankful they fixed it for me to get the car home . I returned by 8 am, calling ahead of time speaking with Shawn the day manager to make sure he was aware of my situation from the night prior he was aware and would get my situation handled the minute I arrived. I arrived at 8 am, he and an employee both made sure my tire was torqued and safe to drive! He was very apologetic and handed me a full refund, along with 2 free oil changes to be used at any time. I thanked and let him know I was grateful for them doing the right thing.
Should I go back? We all have bad days, they were always pleasant to me while at their store, with that said, should we not allow 2nd chances? I think we should!

I made a 4pm appointment this morning at 9am to have my right passenger tire checked for a possible leak - not holding air. I was not approached again until 5:10pm by Sergio- the manager that checked me in and told me at 410, my car is next had left at 5. This place has obvious management (upper) deficiencies- since I was there for 2 hours Segio was given a hard time by 2 other customers not happy about wait time and actual service repairs. Sergio did his best to keep all parties calm and happy; however being in management myself know he was left with a SS to deal with - on his day off!! He was called due to the lack of help. He did let me now that there was a “new” employee training and this is the reason for the slow service. He need to be sure he is doing he job safely. I understand everyone needs trained, but I went in For a slow tire leak and should not have been there 2 hours.? There should be someone managing the shop employees and the time they are taking to complete repairs. Once I was finally ready to check out , I let Sergio know this was not his fault, and I was sorry he had to deal with these issues. It’s not over,……once I was home Sergio called to see if I could come back, my car was not safe to drive and the tire needed to be torqued one more time, it may fall off ?WHAT!? I let him know I would be there by 8, and am expecting not to wait and to be take care of immediately. I gave 2 stars ⭐️ instead of one due to Sergio making the best out of a negative situation. We will see how tomorrow goes - fingers crossed ??”
