“The folks at Triple L Transmission are very friendly and great to work with. They were fast, and communication was good and the repair seems to be of good quality. I was really taken back by their hourly labor rate, though. Be aware that you will be paying $115 per hour for labor alone. The national average is between $80-$100, and in the Midwest we wouldn't normally be on the high end for such things. Just information to use as you will.”

I want to share how thankful I am for Tom and the team at AAMCO in Council Bluffs. From the moment I brought in my 2015 Nissan Rogue, Tom was upfront, patient, and extremely helpful.
He helped me work through a complicated situation with my warranty company, kept me updated every step of the way, explained exactly what was covered and what wasn’t, and never pressured me into anything. He made sure I understood the breakdown of costs and helped coordinate everything all the way through to the final payment when my dealership stepped in to cover the remaining balance.
This repair took time because of the warranty process, but Tom made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. It means a lot when you feel like someone is truly looking out for you and not just treating you like another number.

“They were quick it was pretty much painless. Just make sure you get a coupon off the Internet. You can get like a $25 one off for a full synthetic so you can get your oil changed for like 100 bucks.. They also pulled my codes and put on a locking gas cap for me that I have got from Amazon. I’ll go back in 3 or 3k for my next one.”
