He suspected that the problem was something out of the scope of the services that they provide and recommended the next steps that I can take to fix the issue. These guys were SUBSTANTIALLY cheaper to get a transmission rebuild on a 6L90 with upgrades components. Thanks Nick for having it done in 4 days way faster than I thought. Truck shifts smoother than when it was new. They also have a better warranty than what certified offered me. You will be the only shop doing any transmission work for my company. Thanks again”
