Chelsea gave me a price on the phone and I set an appointment, they service the transmission and it was done exactly when they said it would be for exactly the price they said it would be which by the way was $150 cheaper than the dealer. On top of all that I received a nice, thank you letter from Chelsea and Frank in the mail today. World-class operation going on here.”

I'm pretty handy, but the tasks I don't feel confident doing I give to Mike and Larry here at bellevue Tire and Auto. Not only are they extremely easy to work with, but they get it done lightning fast! Every single time. Super personable and easy to work with at a fraction of what the dealer would charge. Even if I were paying more here than some old Joe down the street, I would come here every time for the expertise and efficiency at which they operate.”

“I love my truck. I'm very particular about who I let work on it. We usually work on it ourselves but I needed some work done on my exhaust manifold and muffler cuz she sounded like a tractor. From the diagnostics to the completion of the work, I was impressed. Matt is amazing to work with. Really nice guy. The prices were fair and the quality of the work speaks for itself. “Started work as set up on appointment.Found several problems and asked if they could do while at Sight. Answered YES.One team member wanted to finish 1 task & not take lunch, which he did. Thankfully work was completed by 5pm.Also people came in because a hard freeze and tires pressure light came on.NO ONE turned away.They were very busy, but everyone waiting were nice and their work was completed.”

“Highly recommend Matt and his crew. I came in for a second opinion on a transmission problem. Matt confirmed and concurred with the diagnosis, then gave me a very competitive repair quote. The customer service was top notch.I felt confident in having them do the work and they have a great one year no interest financing option if you need it. After some overnight thought and hesitation I ultimately decided to not repair my vehicle due to its age and mileage…it was a judgement call, and could have been repaired but I elected to trade it in. I returned the next morning at 7:30 before the work started, and opted out of the major repair job. Matt was very understanding and gracious allowing me to take the truck back. I highly recommend this place, there was no high pressure selling and the diagnostics and pricing was right on. I felt kind of bad I wasn’t going to let them fix it, but for me it didn’t seem like a good to decision to repair my older vehicle.”
