“There are two kinds of body shops. The first kind is one that push papers for insurance companies. They are not really interest to serve you. They just want to get the maximum from a claim and take their sweet old time. The second kind is the one that would take you in when your neighbor's kid scraped the side of the vehicle and is mortified because his insurance premium is about to go sky high. I brought my vehicle to Paco - he personally takes every order - told him the story and how the poor boy has to work overtime to cover the damage. Paco understood my plight - he has a teenage kid too - and fixed the dented door and side panel for $900. The repair was done in three days. Looks better than new. Jaw dropping quality of work.”

“I needed to get this dent out of my car. The dent was near the tire and made it so the metal was colliding with the tire when I hit any bumps in the road. Other shops said they were unable to pop it out without replacing the whole side panel. I came here and the guy working (Craig?) took a look and went to grab a tool. He said it won't be pretty but popped it out in about 10 seconds. My car is now drivable and it didn't cost hundreds let alone thousands of dollars.”

“I've had my Honda Odyssey in here twice. They weren't my "usual" shop, but when my regular mechanic was off work for and extended period of time due to medical issues, my alternator went out. After calling around to a few different shops in the area, these folks were one of the only ones in town who could take a look at it within a week. Everyone I encountered there was courteous and professional even in the midst of very a very busy time (phone must've rung 5 times while I was there). The work they did was good and when I encountered issues with the alternator again within the allotted warranty, they got my vehicle in right away and remedied the issue. Will definitely be back for more work in the future. Good work done at a fair price with great customers service (which seems to be a rarity these days).”
