“Great friendly people. Last night I was driving home to California from a cross country road trip with my mom when I ran over an object in the middle of the highway. Something was dragging so I pulled over when safe and saw an underbody shield was dragging.Luckily I was already close to my hotel for the night in Council Bluffs. Everything was closed for the night so I had to wait until morning to start making calls. The closest shop was this Auto Body Concepts. The secretary was super friendly on the phone and said they could get me in right away to get an estimate. Luckily it was easy for them to just pull off the damaged panel and put it in my truck space so I can look into getting it fixed once I get home. I was able to get back on the road with hardly any delay. Thanks!”

“We were on a 2100 mile road trip from Los Angeles to my home in Michigan. We broke down in Council Bluffs, Iowa because the car is over 20 years old. We decided to get the car fixed at Honest Auto because a highway helper recommended them to us.We broke down on the highway on Friday and ended up having to get it towed and then stay the weekend in Iowa since this place didn't open till Monday.Monday morning we took an Uber to Honest Auto and explained our situation to the receptionist, Kristi. The Owner, Larry, ended up working on our car immediately because they wanted to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. They replaced the fuel pump by lunch, but when Larry drove it out of the shop the steering was completely off.The car was brought back in and inspected. Turns out when we got our car towed, the tow-truck driver (not at all affiliated with Honest Auto) had bent our tie rods on one side when he attached the tow hook. The part needed to be replaced but if it was ordered now it would've arrived 2 days later. Instead, Larry, welded the inner and outer together and straightened it at no charge! This was just a temporary fix so that we could get home and we are going to get these parts replaced in Michigan (with the Tow company paying for it).We got back on the road and drove the car for 9 hours straight. The steering was completely straight and we got home in the middle of the night.They were so helpful. The receptionist, Kristi was so nice and even called us the next day to check that we arrived safely. Larry was very knowledgable and really good at his job, our tire was realigned perfectly after he welded it.I would 100% recommend this place. This is probably the best repair shop I've ever been too, and I would definitely get the car fixed there again if they were located in Michigan.Services: Steering & suspension repair”

“Went in to get the oil changed in my fusion and it was a fast process. The only problem I had was i noticed my car smelled like burning oil that same day drove it to work the next day and when I got to work I noticed I had oil pouring out the bottom of my car. I immediately took it back to them and they found the oil filter o ring had a cut in it. They fixed it and refunded me the money I spent to put oil in it to get it back there. I don’t think this had anything to do with them or the shop at all. They told me next time I come there I get a free oil change on them. I am thankful they went out of the way to take care of the problem everyone was super nice. I’ll be back for sure”

“Amazing. I hit a semi tire on the interstate making tire unbalanced. I stopped by to make an appointment. Asked guys outside who to talk to. they pointed me inside. By the time I went to talk to someone they had my tires off and were working on it. I was out in less then a half hour. Balanced and rotated. By far the best service I have ever had. No time off of work and didn't cost hardly anything.Thank you!!!!!”

“The folks at Triple L Transmission are very friendly and great to work with. They were fast, and communication was good and the repair seems to be of good quality. I was really taken back by their hourly labor rate, though. Be aware that you will be paying $115 per hour for labor alone. The national average is between $80-$100, and in the Midwest we wouldn't normally be on the high end for such things. Just information to use as you will.”

“This guy helped me restore my 1978 CJ-5 Jeep to showroom quality and I have had several offers from prospective buyers when I take it out for a Sunday drive.
