My vehicle was damaged Sunday, I had a appointment with Caliber Thursday morning and by Thursday afternoon it was finished! My vehicle came back completely cleaned up inside and out and the repair was absolutely perfect. Scott and the other employees run the shop like a well oiled machine. Best customer service I've ever encountered.

“What a fantastic job! I bought a used car that had a dent and a scratch that went down to the paint. The dealer did a poor job of touchup on it and after a couple of weeks their repair was gone. I knew that I needed to get a professional paint application over the affected area to prevent it from starting to rust, especially with winter coming up. Yesterday, the dent was removed and the paint was fixed. They cautioned me ahead of time that since I have a pearl coat on my car, the fix would not be perfect, they would try and match the white as best they could, but it wouldn't look exactly like the factory paint. I was good with that, I just wanted it to look better than it did and prevent the door from rusting.
OMG, was I impressed when i saw the finished product! It took me a few seconds to even find where the paint repair was! It is a very, very good color match, and barely noticeable to anyone who doesn't know it's there! Bravo to the Dent and Paint Relief team! And might I say, the price that these guys charge for this level of work is not enough! All in, I paid $220 for the dent and paint repair and given the quality of the job, would have happily paid more! I will definitely be back, even if it's just for little rock chip touch ups from year to year. Thanks guys!!”
