“I've had luck the last time I was there and was able to find my jean size on clearance. This was awesome because regular price to sale price was about 85% less and this is the only store I buy jeans from. Still wearing the coat I got there 8 years ago and it hasn't even begun to fade or wither. Not a fan of most of their shirts except the long sleeve button ups and even then sometimes they only come in fabric that easily wrinkles terribly leading to ironing after every wear and wash.”

“As a plus size woman I was super impressed by this store! They have XXS-3X size ranges. For me it is wonderful when a store has my sizes and I am not told to go online for extended sizes. Also it's so important for anyone to try on the clothes to see how they fit on your body. Old Navy is great at having something for everyone. From baby, toddler, kids, men and women. They have swim wear and workout clothes. Their sandals and jewelry are also a great option. This store has always had the sizes and great deals. Thank you for being here! The Moline Old Navy closed so I am super grateful to have an Old Navy in the Quad Cities.”

“I just wanted to thank Lidia for her professionalism and great customer service! My Mother and I shopped at Davenport Kohls for hours and at the end of the evening we had two seperate returns, 2 seperate purchases, and 2 seperate, payments all piled into one cart. Seeing how big our purchase was and making returns first, Lidia asked for help as another customer was behind us. Another cashier came and helped the customer behind us and left. My mother ran to the bathroom as I left my phone in there and my coupon was on there and as we had several seperate transactions. The impatient customer behind us asked her to call for back up. Before my mom got to the bathroom my phone was returned to me by management. As i was calling my mom Lidia was ringing us up...no harm, no foul, no time wasted. A third customer came up and again the same customer behind us was impatient and asked her to call again, so Lidia called for help again and was informed that if there were not three or more customers in line she shouldn't call for help. It shouldn't matter the number of customers, and a fourth customer showed up, it should be seen why she is asking, the third customer left, disgruntled , and spoke about it, and my mom called him rude and he walked out mocking my mother. What if your customer was applying for a credit card, that takes time. Can your customers see that? Thats hopefully communicated over air right? Is it rude to say big purchase need back up? What if she said the customer behind them is upsetting the guy behind her and so on....would it matter? All in all Lidia did her job in a very timely manner. The public is rude but maybe Kohls can involve codes like 101= big purchase and negative 10 means disgruntled customer. I am a very satisfied customer and employees like Lidia deserve a raise!”

“They’re great! My new go to place for alterations. Karen altered a MOH dress and took up the hem, took in the straps, and it fits perfect. The price was shockingly reasonable, and it was done in a week! They also have these cute dogs that my daughter loved playing with while I was waiting. They are very nice and good at what they do. Definitely recommend!”
