“All I needed was a simple white shirt for under my suit at a wedding a week from me walking into Theo and Co. The size I needed wasn’t in stock so the owner ordered one. The shipment didn’t come in on time so instead of the team shrugging their shoulders and saying “Good luck. Sorry”, they went completely out of their way to go to different stores around the QC to find a similar style and fit. I couldn’t be more pleased with the extreme professionalism and skill set the crew at Theo and Co possess. I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend to say the least.”
“I googled places for a new pair of metatarsal boots & Work Shoe Zone/Hy-Test popped up. I was impressed by the selection of boots they have in stock, a clean/organized store & they even stock bigger sizes (I wear a 14 or 15) so it's hard to find those sizes. Tony got up out of his chair & greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. We discussed my dilemma w/ sizes & Tony pulled a few boots so I fit comfortably in a pair. I also got a better deal in the store rather than ordering them online plus I got a free pair of socks w/ my purchase lol. Go see Tony & you won't be disappointed.”

“My first western boot purchase was in November of 2023 and the very helpful staff at Boot Barn made the experience absolutely successful. They were very knowledgeable but never pushy, and they have a decent rewards program as well. I have gone back a couple of times already to also check out their great selection of apparel. Their hours are good too with earlier than expected opening times compared to other stores.”

“I y'all don't know about the build and material quality & utility of Red Wing work boots, do inform yourselves. They are quite good. Moreover, most Red Wing employees in their stores are knowledgeable and helpful. I was at this location 13MAR2023 and the young lady who helped us (I forget her name. Dark hair, wore black Iron Rangers width EE.) was even better than most. After decades of work and decades of wearing Red Wings, I still learned a few things from her and her enthusiasm for her work was apparent. Buying from good salesfolks takes some of the sting out of the price, that is sure enough.”

“Went in with our 4 year old for a pair of tennis shoes. Weren’t really sure what we were looking for, so the sales associate Hope grabbed the one style we wanted and then three other options too just in case. She was so nice and patient with my daughter as she was trying different styles on and even tried showing her how to tie the rainbow laces she got. She is WONDERFUL and got it to where my daughter left the store in the shoes she got. She is amazing!”
“This was our first time visiting since the store changed over to JD Sports (not sure that matters?), and the lady that helped my daughter and her bestie find a pair of Air Force 1's was SO helpful, kind and considerate. I will definitely go back. My daughter really wanted a pair that is only offered on their website and unfortunately we couldn't buy them in store, but we came home and immediately purchased them from their site and we will be back in person again!”
