“I came to deposit a check, got information about Iras, CDs and Money Market accounts,the bankers are great, the bank is clean and the staff are friendly and I got the telephone number to an investment service.The old advice to saving was put aside 10%of your monthly pay, I am saving 20% each month .75% in mutual funds, Ira &25% in savings.I am 61 years old, have now 6k in my retirement, and 2500 for emergency, I had coffee yesterday with a 25 year-old man,he has a PhD in business administration, he's an investment broker. He saids he is investing half of his income 50k to retirement, living of 25 %,and 25%to college loans,I am on to this information to everyone,you don't have to be a rich person, you need friends &family to start an investment corporation, have a lawyer check out laws state and federal, have him or her draw up the paperwork, you can start with 10 people invest $100 a month that would give you $1000 to invest in the first month, $12k in a year, don't forget compounding interest accruded,maybe get a church group going on this, use the tying to invest, the Lord will bless your investment, the church Will have 50%for God's work, 25%for repairs to the church,and 25%to keep investing. Remember a cash stream,poor and the middle class can do the same thing, I know talking to MY friend has inspired me to greater heights.”
