Was very respectful. I told him I'm always busy and didn't have time to fix phone. Was having issues with speakers and mic. He cleaned it right away got me in litterly 5 mins and he cleaned it fixed it. He also called a frequency number to get rest of dirt out of phone. Fixed the problem right away. I recommend.
