“I've been with US Cell since '99...I've dealt with several different stores over the years. We've all had our dealings with US Cell over the years (yes, you, too) and sometimes they aren't all pleasant experiences. Happened to be in the big city today (70 miles away from my home) and decided that today was the day that I was finally going to upgrade my phone so US Cell and T-Mobile would stop sending me letters and texts telling me I needed to upgrade.
I have never been in this store before, I'm not sure why I even picked this store instead of the more popular ones, but I checked reviews and thought I'd like this one. Gotta say...I was verrry satisfed with my experience. Jennie took care of everything, showed me the new phones, explained everything perfectly and was even able to transfer over all my shtuff from my old Cat S62. I even let Jennie sell me almost everything she recommended...I did spend more than I expected and more than I wanted to, but I can honestly say that the great experience that I had in this store was worth every penny.”

“Professional and quick. He helped fixed a replacement phone for a reasonable price and same day after it had been damaged. I didn't have my old damaged phone backed up either and he helped me it to a point where it would be able to backup contacts, phone numbers, and messages so I could transfer them to my new phone. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who has a cracked screen.”

“Target Merle Hay is a-ok. Smaller version of the "super" Target that is only 5 min away. The layout of this location is different from the rest. It's also located and attached to the mall. Grocery can be found here. This location had some items in stock that others would be fully stocked. Nice collection of everything that a larger store would have: Opalhouse, Hearth and Hand, seasonal clothing brands, vegan items, electronics, bikes. I can tell they stock less of the items due to space. Service is ok. I tend to see same cashiers and customer service managers. I hardly come here but I have found that if other locations are out of something, I can find it here via Target app. Drive up pick up is offered here. Parking lot can be crazy. Layout is similar to others in DSM but just smaller.”

I wouldn’t have been able to do this and I can’t get out much so she was such an awesome help, but I do believe that she should not be in building by herself and she was really good with all the people coming in and speaking to each one of them I would send anybody here and I’ve been with Verizon. “Stopped at this location after two of our phones suddenly lost service due to the transition from US Cellular to T-Mobile and worked with Ian K. We had also been trying to get an issue resolved with an overcharge on our bill for two months in which T-Mobile kept telling us they would call us back after they checked into it and then never did (0 stars for T-Mobile). Ian was able to quickly solve the eSIM issue and also called and was finally able to get us the credit we were unable to do on our own. Ian went above and beyond!!”
“We got a phone and took it into the store and Celone helped us set it up and since it was iOS back to Android he worked diligently to make sure all the contacts and everything worked before sending us on our way. “Huge shoutout for Braeshawn Blume at the Southridge Mall store! I wanted to reach out and share some quick feedback about my visit to your store on East Army Post Road. I was helped by Braeshawn Blume, and he was absolutely fantastic.The store was completely packed, and the staff was down to just two people after an employee had to leave. Even under that crazy amount of pressure, Braeshawn handled everything beautifully. He helped me get my transfer PIN while simultaneously looking after two other customers at the same time.He was incredibly patient and kind to everyone. He even took a moment to gently walk another customer through a frustrating issue with his Facebook profile photo while handling the rest of us. When I told him he was doing an amazing job despite being so short-staffed, he just smiled and humbly said it was his job—not a single complaint out of him! Braeshawn is a huge asset to your team. Handling a chaotic crowd with that level of grace and efficiency is rare, and I really think he deserves some major recognition for his hard work and dedication to his work there!
